I'm with ya Jamie. Steve was a great guy and if anyone's seen a single episode of his tv show they'd be laughing their heads off at this. He was always putting himself in precarious situations.

Personally, I'm a bigger fan of stingrays than I am Steve Irwin. 
I'd own that stingray in a hot minute... hehe. I'm even a member of the "I want to own the stingray that killed Steve Irwin" Facebook group, lol. I think it's hilarious.
Plus, to die by stingray asks for it. If it was someone else, you know Irwin would be laughing at the same things with his wife and friends, ha. He knew what was at risk when he decided it was a good idea to prod at a wild stingray...

Not to mention its hilarious because a stingray would never chase someone, lol. That's not even how things went down. People need to lighten up a little.
