Well, this idea is out of the question. I'm still trying to contact the Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. I just want to find out as much information as possible. Yeah, thanks to the idiots; everyone here in Texas can't have some BEAUTIFUL Rays. Well I guess I will have to find somthing else to spend the money on.

Where are you in Texas, if you are in Northern Texas, have the ray shipped to a friend's house outside the state.
