I just remembered that silver dollars are tetras (of sorts), so that fills the dither niche.

My LFS has festaes on a somewhat regular basis..... I guess they're just lucky.

don't know much about tetras but i've kept most of the fish listed above with the exception of the dovii and the blue acara actually i don't even know what the blue acara is.

You don't know what a blue acara is but you want one?

Dovii will likely kill any tank mates and they get HUGE.

always been a fan of the green terror and checked out the profile for the the blue acara

and seemed like a good addition.

once the dovii grows up he will be the boss of that tank and soon need a tank that size or larger to himself. i would not personally put a dovii in with all of those fish. as for the festae, if you can get them, they are also super aggressive. and forget about the pacu unless you want to have a 2000gal pond soon.
