Just set up my 150 and I am getting ready to move my fish in.
Im going to be moving my chocolate, 2 keyholes and brochis. I have some large blackskirts too (6) that I guess I will move in as well.

Anyway, help me complete my stocking! I have some thoughts, but lets hear what you all think... I am willing to find new homes for the keyholes and brochis, so dont stock around them, but feel free to include them.

Thanks,

A 150 with one chocolate leaves too many avenues to start guessing without more info. Do you want, for starters do you want several medium sized fish or just a few larger fish.

Theres to many options with your description..

haha, i know... thats the reason i need help!
well, i am really thinking i want a few large fish. ive done smaller fish and i like them, but i think im in the mood to switch gears.

the tank is 72 x 19 x 28, so its taller than wide. a group of angels crossed my mind, but so has an oscar and a few bala sharks.

i would like to stick with south americans (i know bala sharks arent sa) but silver dollars will kill my floating anubias.

any suggestions with this info? thank you all.

GT, Sevs, Viejas are what first comes to mind for SA's that will work well in a 150.

Get big, but not huge, nice coloration and you can stock with some dithers as well. I'm very happy with how I set my 150 up.

Sd might do ok with anubis, I have Amazon swords with mine and never ha a problem.

huh, ok. everything i have read says sd will shred anything with leaves. thats good to know. do you think bala sharks would get too long for a tank thats only 19 inches deep?

Balas should be fine

Do a air of balas, green terror, maybe a small pleco or smaller SA/CA..
