I've had 3-4" clown loaches with my 11" Oscar for 2 months. Started with 9 still have 9. But, I have Severums with my Oscar and he battles with them all day.

Another oscar (albino tiger) would be nice, Im just concerned about them not getting on, from my understanding, unless you introduce them as juveniles, they are likely to fight.

Im leaning toward the following at this stage
1 Tiger Oscar (Current fish)
3-5 Clown Loaches
7 Silver Dollars

I was considering a Severon, but now a little concerned.
Other considerations (one of the following)
Small Pleco, Bala Shark, Albino Oscar, 1-3 convicts.

Fish I would like, but have dismissed to to incapability
Arowana, Discus.

What about a blue acara group instead of convicts? A small pleco will work nicely too...

First and for most, how aggressive is the oscar? I have had oscars who can live comfortably with archers and other fairly docile fish and then I have had some who can only have tank mates such as jack dempsys and green terrors because they were so aggressive.

I don't know how aggressive, it isn't with other fish. He come from a very small tank, 2 foot, could barely turn around, and was an only fish, I have him in a 3 foot, still too small, but best I can do till I get the 5x2x2 running.
i did have a 2" electric blue acara in the tank when I added the O, which I have sinced removed due to it starting to trim the Oscars fins. I was told that the Oscar has eaten other fish, I have no idea what they were or size, however it showed no agreeing to ward the electric blue. It does charge at the glass of the tank though when it sees it's own reflection, so I'm guessing there may be some aggression if I was to ad a similar fish, although tank size may help.

one of the questions I have is, would it be better to hold off adding the Oscar till after I add the other fish to the new tank? Rather than adding him first?
