Stocking 29?

What catfish can I put with a fire mouth in a 29. I figured Cory cats would be best but wondering if their is any other options.

syno's are active outgoing cat's they get about 5-6 inches (maybe a BIT bigger) ... but can get agg. if kept with agg. cichlids that get pushy ... so a med. size tankmate that isnt too nasty might work..

So fire mouths would be good with synos since the fire mouths tend to be peaceful.
