Since I'm stuck in prep mode for at least the next couple weeks, I thought I'd toss this question out.

I'm planning on Arowanas and Rays as the main inhabitants (dunno which yet).

What would you put in a 3500 gallon 12'x8'x5' tank?

fAro's and rays like you said...
And a whole bunch of dats.

That tank would look awesome with a bunch of big cichlids..

I'm wondering if the festae, citrinellum, and haitiensis I have now would seek and destroy everything else. I'd like to see my fat sleepers and marble get super big as well, but don't know how they'd play with others. Well, other than eating them.

some Bichirs, Giant Gouramis, Dats, GATF, Jags, ocars, red devil, true red terrors, EBJDs,or if you not liking the cichlids, go for some gars, and some sort a large schooling fish maybe red hooks?

that is a BIG tank!! I would go with rays aros knifes and cat fish...with some other cichlids offcourse..

Wow this is what MFK is all about.. Making dreams come true.. If I had that tank I'd put Stingrays, Dats, Clown Loaches, Bichirs, Black Ghost Knife, some Uarus, and maybe a Fire Eel.

a school of limas, a bunch of monster red hooks, dats, cichlids etc. A ridiculously large school of clown loaches would be amazing, if there was nothing to eat them.

300 This is Clown Loaches! Haha. That would be sick.

That would be amazing. If they weren't so freakin' expensive it would be easy too. Although rays sure aren't cheap...

stingrays, aros, gars, pbass
