you could keep Cichla kelberi in a 125

what about pike cichlids or a fahaka puffer?

fahaka dont do well with tankmates, but if youre willing to devote a 125 to the fahaka by itself, that would work

Dimidiochromis compressiceps, a very attractive predatory Malawi hap. I'd go with one of them along with 2 or 3 other large-ish cichlids, like a Paratilapia sp. "small spots"
