You could have more fish in that tank but as everyone said I wouldn’t get the common pleco, instead I would go for a smaller fancy pleco. Also up your number of silver dollars to 8-9 and you could do a group of clown loaches in that tank to or something like that

Try to get a sump filter instead. It's easier to maintain in the long run. Looks a lot neater.
