Getting a 240gal tank soon as some of you might know and would like to add a couple more fish in the tank, aswel as my current stock but i am not really sure if i could fit anything else in it or what i could put in the tank which will ever not get killed or kill any of my fish,

Do you think i could and if i can what would you suggest ?

Current stock is in my Sig' but basicly it is

1 Oscar, 1 GRFG, 2 Common Pleco, 3 Catfish and maybe a Gold Severum when it gets bigger .

Maybe doradids such as striped Raphael catfish Platydoras costatus or spotted Raphael catfish (Agamyxis pectinifrons). Your synos can reach 8 inches and may push other bottom dwellers around as they forage around for foods. How about Synodontis ocellifer? There are plenty of catfish to look for.

Look for uarus, rotkeil severums, fei fengs, Distichodus sexfasciatus, Apollo sharks, bichirs and adult clown loaches as possible tankmates.

Cool thanks .

Any other fish apart form bottom dwellers and the couple of others you have said . ?

go with a group of clown loaches, or maybe one or two more cichlids, like some Hoplarchus

Yer i would like a couple more Cichlids but not sure what .

Clown loaches are very slow grower and he shop around me only sell ones about 2inch long so i think they will just get eaten if i put some in with my Oscar and others .

There is a Red Devil Cichlid and Jaqaur Cichlid at the shop i go to most for my fish , they have been there for a few weeks now i really really would like to get them but as they can be very aggressive i dont think i would be able to get them and put them with my Oscar and GRFG , or could i ?

Put some Pbass in there!

Do you think i could get a Red Devil or would it be a bad idea ?

I am going to my LFS tomorrow and if the Red Devil is still there and you all think it would be ok to put it with my current fish i deffently will get him .

Avoid the red devil rather. How about uarus? You want to avoid issues especially one involving belligerent cichlids.
