My Flagtail is minimum 16" long. That is the span of the braces on my tank. I thought low numbers of Flagtails would fight. Large numbers would need a bigger tank. I had two at different times and they both got ich immediately after purchase but recovered quick. My first one died jumping into the back of the overflow. They are super jumpers and spook easily when young.
