Get three Oscars..............Oscars are fun fish that fill the tank well............Throw in pair of fancy plecos to fill in the nook and crannies............Get a large piece of driftwood and place in the middle of the tank for the plecos to cling on............

OR

Try a shoal of red belly piranha..........6-10 will thrive in a tank with those dimensions............
