Stocking for a 100 gallon tank

cant have gars in Cali, if your talking about silver hujetas or rocket gars then they will probably get killed, at least mine did.
 
I know you can't have them in cali, but I don't an officer will come look at my tank and give me a ticket haha. Im okay with it being illegal. I know that the gars that are for sale are about 16" right now, and the owner says that they haven't grown in about 3 years.
