Do a community with red tail Chalceus , orange spotted sunfish, madtoms, bumblebee catfish a clown loach and a couple pictus

That would be overstocked. Clowns need to be kept in numbers being social and all.
I've found clown loaches to enjoy the company of like type fishes, they don't have to be other clown loaches
The best advice i can give u if ur new to the hobby is take ur time and do research on fish and filteration before you buy....no need to buy the first fish u like and then realizing its not compatible with 2 other fish u want to get. I would worry more about cycling the tank as well
Further to the above have a browse on YouTube just to get a flavour of what's out there and what you like the look/personality of.. Then research your favourites to see if they are compatible with your tank/water type etc. From there you can put together a fairy well reasoned and stable comm tank. Have fun.
