The problem with 10 gallons is they're so small its really difficult to stock anything that would be happy. 20 gallon long is a different story.
Another good idea would be a pair of small apistogramma (dwarf cichlids from south America).
I was going to say the same thing. Since it will probably be placed close enough to get an easy close-up view, I think a planted tank full of inverts would be perfect. You could probably have a couple species of shrimp and various small snails. Also, without fish, you might notice some other interesting little hitchhikers coming in on your plants that would just be eaten in a normal tank.aclockworkorange;4833530; said:Shrimp are perfect.
