Exotic Koi tank with Asagi, Shusui, Goshiki type Koi and variants OR pack of Aussie Aros and floor full of large Birchirs and a few Tigrinis cats.
 
lol 2300 neons is like 3 grand lol... even with all those fish that u listed it will have so much room!!!!
 
Gold fish and koi are such dirty fish! Can be beautiful but so dirty. I personally would go for gar, Arowana, and some beauty stingray. If you were not to go with the rays then I would go with some really nice bichers.
