im currently doing fishless cycle so i have some time to decide what fish i want to have in the 240Gallon.

i was thinking......

(1)-Silver Arowana
(3)-Blood Parrots
(1)-Green Terror(Gold Saum)
(2)-Gold Severums
(2)-Jack Dempseys
(2)-Albino Red Oscars
(2)-Green Texas Cichlids
(4)-Silver Dollars

i want to add more!!! what else would be a good addition to this tank???

no i don't like p-bass.......

will this setup work in a 125 or a 180 or a 150 or do i need a 240Gallon???

I would say you are pretty much on the edge right there. With 2 oscars alone that requires around 100 gallons.

I'd ditch the parrots, they will make your tank look kinda weird. I'm biased against them though, really don't like that type of hybrid. Flowerhorns are iffy, but at least they have a body that allows them to operate and live normally. You thought of adding any Viejas (Paratheraps)? Like Vieja zonatus...my personal fav. The arowana is gonna be one of your main limiting factors as it will grow faster than a lot of the fish and has a very large potential for eating them. Also, spice up the silver dollars, get some red hooks, black bar, or even some fei feng...flagtails...;)

i would love some vieja Paratheraps but will they be too agressive and kill the arowana???

and where do i find them?? i have not seen a vieja of any kind around here for 7 years.

and if i found any vieja Paratheraps how many should i add to the tank??(240Gallon)

so this tank will be eather a 210 Gallon or a 240Gallon will this setup work for both tanks??

i still think i might be able to add more any ideas???

ok tank cycled i curently have 2 gold severums in the tank and the Geophagus. now this s what i want the list to be in the end... i want somekind of pleco or catfish too and maybe more fish so any suggestions are welcome. Just a reminder i found out its a 300-Gallon.

1-Silver Arrowana
