Awesome list! You say its a 300G! Your a lucky man!! It would be cool to see a TIG! They are beautiful catfish! Although I dont know if there is the room or not!

Your silver arowana is gonna get beat up bad. I would just not do it if you want agro cichlids like that. If you really want it id take out alot of the cichlids (Texas, JD, Vieja, Oscars maybe) Silvers dont really like to be picked on and they get stressed out easy.
 
If your wanting the aro I would stick with the more "peacful" monsters, clown knife, maybe swap out a few of the fish for others, tho im not all that keen on cichlids in general.
 
forget cichlids, go with the aro and some rays. if you dont wanna keep it a biotope, invest in some datnoids. parrots blow.
