Stocking Ideas?

Im have set up and cycled a 29 gal tank and fancied a frontosa for a while, could i have a selection of different cichlids with the front?

Definately, i just love fronts and wanted to make sure the tank size is fine and if so could i add tankmates.

not many choices for a 29 gallon, especially not fronts

true...but you can keep 5 in a 29gals for a hot minute. slow growers these are.

No one can stop you, just make sure good filtration and water changes take place.. And have a new tank for them in 8-12 months.

well for christmas i have pursuaded the parents to get a 180 gal as a project tank. could i possibly buy a small colony of baby fronts lets say 4 or 5 and then transfer to the larger tank in time?

Time would be pretty soon. If you got it at christmas and they are fry you would be okay. I would not put a front in one for more than a few months when small.
