Don't forget that the sailfin will easily hit 18". With his heft and pooping powers, an 80 gallon would be more of a single specimen tank for one. Drop the biggest monsters like the Oscar and sailfin and you've got a good stock list there.
Stocking list...would this tank be over stocked?

I have the same setup minus the pictus, add 4 silver dollars and just 1 pleco. They all get along amazingly (the convict loves to beat up everyone though) and so far ammonia has stayed under control with good water changes. I make sure to feed them just enough for them to eat all the food in a 3-5 min span.
