Looks like too many fish to me. Koran gets too big, Cinnamon clown probably is a bad idea with the other pair. I am sure you are aware the Leopard is a tough fish to keep. The filefish might not do to well with all these big fish too.

I think that if you skipped the Koran and Cinnamon and maybe the other 2 you could get away with it if you have a way over the top filtration system. What is you filtration/intended filtration? Skimmer? Sump(s)? Refugiums? DSB's? Etc.?

Well, I already have a few people lined up who would like to buy the koran from me once it outgrows this tank. The cinnamon clown was getting along just fine with the ocellaris pair as long as they were in the 5 foot tank. In the quarantine however, she is isolated in an eggcrate box. I had a leopard a few years ago for quite a while and absolutely loved it, until a younger sibling decided they could help clean the algae off my glass by pouring bleach into the tank. As for the filefish, I might just remove it right from the list, as it wasn't really a top priority and I don't have any aiptasia anyways. I also will not be adding the longnose butterfly, purely because it looks similar to the yellow tang, and it might have difficulty competing with the angels and wrasses.

As for filtration I have: the ASM G-2 Protein Skimmer which works beautifully, as well as a 40 gallon sump, and a 55 gallon refugium which contains a 7 inch deep sand bed, a ball of chaeto nearly basketball sized, and a green spotted puffer who would try to kill everything in the display. Hopefully around easter the tank will be torn down for a few days, and I'm building it into the wall, in order to move the entire filtration unit out from under the tank and make enough room to add a frag tank as well. There is also roughly 250 lbs of live rock in the display.

BTW, currently the fish I have are isolated in a 75 gallon quarantine tank while the tank sits fallow because the koran brought velvet in with it when I bought it about 3 days after christmas. The puffer is in his own little tank in the back room until the fallow is done, and then because he's already living in full salt, I can just acclimate him to the refugium and let him in there (the refugium is for nutrient export and not for food production anyways). Any new fish will receive a 6 week quarantine in the 75 gallon from now on.
