So I have a 75 gallon fish tank, and I have pretty much no fish in it.

My tank is stocked as follows:

1 pleco- 6 inches
1 rainbow shark- 3 inches
6 clown loaches -all under 2 inches
4 zebra loaches- 2 inches MAX

I want to get some Frontosa's, but I can not find them small, and the ones I did find were $30 a pop!

I was thinking maybe 2 Jack Dempseys and a Green Texas Cichlid?

I am not a cichlid person, so I don't want tons of different cichlids. I guess I don't want a species tank.

I just want a few that will get a decent size to swim the tank.

I was also thinking about adding a Black Ghost Knife.

Was also thinking of adding another type of pleco, like a Gold Nugget, or maybe a Redtail Leopard Pleco.

Any ideas what would work best?

Bump.

I want something some what large and with color.

We will be getting a larger tank in the near future. 100+ gallons

Be careful with putting an aggressive cichlid like a Tex in with your current stock. Loaches grow slow but Tex grow pretty fast. A Tex may want that 75 to itself. This isn't always the case. Just be careful. A pair of Jacks would be alright for a while but as they grow you would need to upgrade your tank size. Severums and Convicts(no pairs!) are nice too.
