I have been playing around with my 80 gallon stocking a lot and I still have not found a combination that I am happy with. My fish that I am set on keeping in the tank are a male Rotkeil Severum, a male blue acara, and a school of red rainbowfish. What should I add in with them? I was thinking of adding an Oscar, a EBJD, or a Geo of some sort. I really like the personalities of oscars, but I really like the look of EBJDs and Geos. Any suggestions on what you would keep? Money is tight right now so that's why I was thinking of adding an oscar since they are pretty cheap. I am afraid a JD might be to aggressive for my severum also.

I think a GT would be WAY to aggressive with my severum who is such a baby when it comes to standing up to other fish.

Does anyone have any favorite types of oscars? All I really see around here are tiger oscars and albino oscars. If you guys recommend anything cool, I'll try to keep an eye out for it or see if I can place a special order.
my severums(4"-8") hold up pretty well in my tank. I have a texas(9") and a festae(7.5"). they actually will pick on the festae. Too bad your severum is more mild mannered. He might get picked by an oscar. Maybe try angels or festivums, but on your list I would go with the geos.
whatever you do don't buy a wild oscar, they are quite different nothing like a domestic oscar much more aggro. Do you like chocolate cichlids?
