I have a 90g with 2 Festae fry that just dont seem to be growing. I have a 125g that has a male beani, approx. 5", in it. my question, should i put the beani in the 90 by himself and move the festae to the 125 and stock it with some milder cichlid companions? the 125 just looks barren with the male beani in it...opinions?

90 is big enough for a male beani ...for life?

took your advice. Went with the two festae (non pair), a salvini, a managuense, a gold saum, and a royal pleco for the 125 and moved the male beani to the 90g w a common pleco. Thinking about getting some danios or tiger barbs for both tanks as play toys.
