Stocking suggestions/advice for 125-150 gallon tank please help

no exp with gars yet, I hear they are great if you have the room though.
 
Gar will get too big... I have a Florida that's pushing 18" and is having a hard time turning in my 150 just bought a 210 so he would have more room
