Stocking?

Only thing i was thinking is that if i get a jardini, thats it for stocking.... dont want to find anything ripped to shreds

If that fish could be ok to you as soley inhabiting your 180g(meaning if you're dead set on jardini) then I say go for it. There is a possibility that a bottom dweller like bichir, or catfish of some sort could work out also. It will be research/trial and error to find out what other people have had success with. Or keep it simple and go with a single jardini and that's it. They're awesome arows and not a bad option if that's the only fish that really interests you.

Or if you're serious about a mixed community and plans to upgrade a black arow might be the right path..
 
I was thinking about this as a plan..... A black arrow and a large cat (lima) and possibly my albino oscar which is about 10" atm.... i might try and sell/give him up but we will see..... if not i might keep him, get another oscar and get the lima shovelnose
