You are getting more and more nice stock, maybe you should start your own brand when they breed... Something like "Thousand Diamond" or "Black Island".

We are keeping majority of wild caught we import and some will go to a few public & private zoos/aquariums we deal with.

Yeah IBAMA has handed out all quota's finally and rays will arrive soon maybe next week or early following week.

Would we be incorrect in assuming that this first batch of rays has probably been in holding tanks/ subpar conditions for a few weeks? Do the quotas allow for a longer collecting period or will every last leo under the quota be shipped out in the first week?

That would be incorrect. We are waiting for fishermen to bring in enough fish for our first order and if that was the case all the rays would have alread been there waiting to be shipped out. Right now is not good collecting time water to high ect so collecting is going very slow. All quota will not be shipped out in first week for sure maybe few months I would assume.
