I'm trying to find different things that won't hybridize

will the red terror and green texas spawn?
I know texas will spawn with red terrors & green texas but will they spawn with each other?

Even if they do hybridize the babies make good food! personally Ide throw a couple convicts in just as fillers maybe a couple firemouths if they would get along (I also really like cons and FM so im biased)

No festae it will bully all the other fish.. Try looking up cryptoheros species there is a ton of cool ones you could throw together that would work fine together with the rest of your stocklist. I stock loaches in my tanks to keep my cichlids from spawning. The loaches usually will take beatings from cichlids parents but they will eat all my eggs every time LOL.

You are very understocked so far, so you don't need to keep substiting fish yet, wait till the tanks full stocked.

If I had a 180 to use and a GT that had it's name on it i'd do.

1 x boucourti
1 x argentea
3 x ornate pimelodus
4 x firemouths
4 x sajica
