see if you can get a big pleco that they let survive, if they let it live then it will eat the eggs at night, or just feed the fry to other fish as feeders like others have already said, also i think their is a vendor on here that buys whole batches of young fry so you could look into that

I'd leave them alone, I'd bet the parents would eat the leftover fry as the new ones come in
