my water is pretty safe so i dont have to age it but i still add conditioner

I just match the water temp add conditioner and right into the tank. I dont have space to age water and I do far to many water changes a week.

I got tap to tank. Me only thing is the temp. I don't like to add cold water b/c I do pretty big WCs on my tanks and I don't want the temp to drop to far on the tanks and kill the fish. this has become a problem on my big tank b/c I run out of hot water before I am done doing a WC but I only end up with a little coler water. I try to monitor the temp as I fill then adjust the tap to get warmer as I use the water.

just turn up your hot water heater...that way, you use less hot water (= more tank temp water) to get the desired temp...
