also by the time i move out before august ill have atleat 275 and a job by the end of this month

How do you figure you will have a job by the end of the month? You do realize that is two weeks from now?

I would start searching now, I've been applying all summer. But, no one is hiring now a days. Especially since I'm just a teen with little job experience.

Key to getting a job: Be persistant! Uggghh... I have a couple friends that subbmit resumes and applications and then expect these people to call. In the mean time all I hear is whining.... "Nowhere is hiring" "I can't find a job" "If they needed me they would call" NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! They want to see you coming back every couple days, checking in, bugging them. They like this! You have to make them think you actually WANT the job! Whew, sorry, just makes me so mad!

But about the cell phone. Be responsible, get a job before a cell phone

Oh oops, got so caught up I forgot to answer the question at hand. Yes, straight talk is a good deal and their phones are decent. I would rather get a plan to build my credit, but I would use straight talk any day.

You don't need a cell phone. I got rid of mine years ago and have been happier since. When I go on nature walks, go downstairs to the fish room or just get out into the front yard to play with the dog, I'm untouchable. It's empowering. I have an amazing device called an answering machine that tells me if somebody called. Cheaper than a cell phone by far.

Get in a scrape? Car break down? Shoes wear through while walking miles away from home? Try a random stranger (ignore if you're under 18 years old. I don't want to get in trouble for encouraging talking to strangers among the underage)! It's really fun! You'll get four 'No"s per one "Yes" when you ask for help. So as long as there are at least five strangers nearby, you're in good shape. Just my two cents, take it or leave it.
