Strange looking wounds on my clown knife

Today was the last day if dosing the tank with general cure in two days I do a water change hopefully he is better by then

I don't think it's the pleco. Clown knife's are not that slimy to begin with. They are also usually grumpy so they will not allow any pleco to suck on them. They don't look like "taking air" wound either as those tend to be long lacerations or scratches. Looks more like a disease to me.

He's all better thank everyone and he's grown a couple inches
