Strange Sperm Looking things on gravel

i think ive got what you got, kinda look like an anenome? ridiculously small, white, thick top with hair looking things coming off of them?
i think you get these from over feeding and not enough gravel cleanings

I do water changes like 2 or 3 times a weeks with gravel vac on each change. also why would they only be on one side of the tank?

feasting on algea on the sides of the tank
small particles you probobly cant see
they are fry of some sort
a fish bred without ou knowing
whats in the tank with them?

got a pretty close shot. Looks like aliens or some S*** I hope somebody can identify. wish they were fry but NO. I would know.

They're too small to do any damage on a fish although they may try small inverts such the shrimp larva.
