Scotch egg -- a hardboiled egg rolled in bacon grease and deep fried. It's very good w/ Guinness.

My favorite food on the planet=Uni Sushi (Sea Urchin eggs wrapped in rice & seaweed), topped with a raw quail egg and dipped in soy sauce with enough wasabi to blow my head off. I'm being totally serious for a change!
