Strange white lumps!

Like aclockwork, my first thought was lymphocystis, but blurry and hard to tell in the photos.
If so yes, it's viral, and adding meds is useless, in fact could be detrimental, turning your tank into a toxic stressful soup.
Lymph is an ever present, opportunistic phage brought into virulence by stress such as being shipped, and usually goes into remission with lack of stress, and water changes.
I had some breidhori come down with it just after being shipped, it was gone in a week, with water changes, and being allowed to settle in quietly. In fact they spawned a couple weeks later, and lymph never reappeared.

Started clearing up, now coming back again. Duck lips is now showing.
Three 50% water changes a week and recommended Meds.

Using Dimetridazole.

Any ideas guys?

Tank 7ftx 2.5ft x 2ft
Stock 2 super red severums, about 8" each, 2 hartwegi, 9 & 12", small convict and of course sick Thai silk about 6".
Filtration is 2 fx5
When tank is healthy.....50% water change every Sunday.
