Strangest thing you have fed your Poly.

I have fed mine in the past with - a large spider, a preying mantis and the tail from a lizard my cat caught (rest of lizard was still alive).

What are some of the odd things you have tried?

once my brother feed my sen a piece of cheese and i think the fish like it, but never did it again, i know that they dont digest well mammalian fat so.

As if marine shrimp weren't odd enough, I did offer them a small group of ADFs once.

I had fed mine smaller bichirs(accidental feeders as I mixed), chicken franks(hotdog), superworm, mealworms, egg yolk(testing) most are take by only 1-2 bichirs only, the rest just smell and move off.

i have feed mine small dog food, and flakes thats the wierds stuff and danios lol

I don't think I would ever have thought of trying some of these!

i think i got everyone beat. other fish(on purpose and not) kinda normal to me.
now before i say i don't want any hate messages or complaints, these were acquired legally and safely and do not recc people without the resources to seek them out.
