Hello everyone its been a few months now since I got my champsochromis Caeruleus. this little fish has always been stuffing its face every single day and swimming up and down as fast as it can. always the first fish to greet me and has a huge mouth for its size. so anyway I took a few pictures of it today and its really coming along as a great looking fish.
heres a pic of when I first got it.

Nice! yeah its got a big mouth. Every time I see a video of someone diving in malawi this is the only cichlid I recognize.

thanks guys, my only regret is that I picked up one. I would've loved to grow out a group of them and possibly got a pair but oh well.
its one of those fish that just keeps on getting better. by far the most owner responsive cichlid i've kept, even more than an Oscar or a midas.

thanks again guys. I've heard these guys can get upto 18" long, I don't know how true that is but hes in a 225 gallon tank with 3 feet of width so im hoping he grows big!

My favorite of all Malawai cichlids.

funnily enough I didn't know they existed til I saw them for sale but they are fast becoming my favourite african cichlid too.
I've had the fish since october and only just named the fish recently.

He/she is called ψαρι (Psari) which is greek for fish. i know its not a very original name but the fish has a very mythical look and he has a strong presence throughout the tank.
