rx7 is where its at

rotary's are all good, but somebody told me, that rotary engines break somewhat easily, i'll check with CG on that though.

Friend had 2 RX7's - one gave him many engine issues, the other's tires fell off while on the road, and steering system was junk. I'd hate to go 90 mph with the knowledge my tire might pop off

90 mph is a *realistic* but still illegal, speed on most highways.

I heard supras break somewhat easily...

Try 100+mph no problem and wanted more... was a '93 though.. Tire popping off btw is a non-make specific issue.. it's a driver needs to check his car more often issue.. lol

Cichla - the 90 was just a generalization of being afraid of a tire coming off. I do over 100 in my Cherokee Sport, and have done the same in my other vehicles.
It's just that the tire thing has been mentioned more than a few times, for RX7's. But you're right - everyone should make sure their bearings, etc. are in order. lol

lol just messing with you.. don't know who you're talking to with tires falling off their rx7's.. not something that could be cause by a mass production mistake of a certain model car.. lol Odd but not worth explaination...

Now if you would have said engine fire cause by a leaky Fuel Pulsation Dampner then I would have said... yeah, an rx7 specific issue.. lol
