Stress coat for water changes

I was wondering if you anyone uses stress coat when they do there water changes? I was specifically speaking more because I have a lot of plants.

I use prime. It is really concentrated and it detoxifies ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.

i am a fan of prime for the tap water treatment. if you are looking for a slime coat additive, i use stress guard by seachem as well. it will not foul your filter. mainly a concern if you are using puigen. also a great product for water clarity.
