So how do you clean out 10 ft of 3/4" tubing? or is it just better to replace the tubing once a year? I have seen the little magnets made for this. I agree that cleaning it out would be good, plus its unsightly when it comes out. It seems to have a lot of structure for simple gunk. It grows, therefore it must be utilizing something, what it uses to grow I dont know, could be just feeding off the carbon sources. Plus upon breaking down would release those stored nutrients back into the system giving a rise in nitrates?
