Dave's Rare Fish is extremely reliable. They're actually in San Antonio. I've ordered from him multiple times, he is extremely friendly and honest, and really goes out of his way to get you the best fish and impart some knowledge along the way.

research davesfish is in houston though... so shipping to oklahoma for me was 15 bucks...
