This has happened a few times with my Rafael and driftwood. I usually place the wood in a bucket/tub with a inch or so of water and the hole facing downward but bit submerged. They will usually free them self after a few minutes. I tried to remove one by hand along time ago and received a nasty cut. Lesson learned.
?? If he could do it in the bucket, then it wasn't "all that stuck". It would come out when really needed in the tank too.
IME (and it is my impression from reading around) is that fish get stuck extremely rarely. Next to never. I mean stuck so that they will die not being able to free themselves.
In the vast majority of cases, like 99.9%, they should have been left alone. I've been wrong more than once before but such is my current conviction.
Yeh, i will do that now.Can you take a picture so we can see exactly what's going on?
It seems that thebiggerthebetter, was right. It got out by it self, and after that it swam in the same place in the rock again.did you ever get it out of there?
