^^^this^^^turtles don't have to swallow their prey whole. I've had multiple species tear fish into pieces, then over a period of time, eat each piece individually. Size does not matter to a turtle lol especially a snapper.

Turning an indoor pool into an indoor pond.A 40g is too small for a bluegill to be happy, and the snapper will absolutely eat them unless you get a huge one, and then it'll be cramped and unhappy and will eventually die of either stress (large ones don't adapt well) or snapper bites.
What do you plan to do with the snapper when it grows? Do you have a private pond somewhere?
