You have a beautiful angelfish. Are you hoping for a pair with the small one?

Why did you move the little one back to the small tank? I shouldn't say small. Your small tank is bigger than my biggest tank LOL

Well, the first couple of hours were peaceful between my little Sev, and the little Angel, then I think the severum got annoyed with it. It started nipping when the angel got too close, and the angel was just completely out of place after I let it go for a night.... I just thought it would be best to keep the angels in the same tank, and give my witchy little Severum some space.

Thanks... Yes, the eel is a cool little guy.

I haven't seen him eat since I moved him a few days ago, so I'm a bit worried, but when I woke up this morning, the piece of nightcrawler that was in there seems to be gone, so.... edit: nevermind, it's still there.

Hope he eats for you. Ur unlucky. My severum wasn't moody to my angels until the 4-5" mark.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised when I saw that. I have heard severums and angels are usually good together, both being on the mellower end of cichlids.

Each fish is different, though, and I guess I got one with an attitude.

When moving eels they don't seem to eat for at least a week it seems don't worry with one that fat your fine. My seems to go 3 weeks without food because he is always hiding in the gravel.

^^ It's a little hard to see, but she is starting to get some nice irridescent blues and greens near her gills, and eyes. I put her on Cichlid Gold last week, She seems to be taking to it nicely (so do the giant danios ).

Also, don't mind the algae on the plants in the 40B... I'm dealing with it.

Update: My eel just ate... I am happy now.
