Here's where things are. I have a central line in my neck so that I am able to get round the clock antibiotics, as well as steroids here at home. They cultured the wound and found it to be MRSA. They want to get the infection under control before they start doing wound debriding. So, I'm on antibiotics, steroids, and Dilaudid.

Everyone keeps saying that I should have klled the ray, but it was only doing what instinct said for it to do. I was the one not paying attention.

Killed the ray??? Seriously? We keep rays knowing what may happen from time to time. That is sad. I cant believe anyone would say that.

On a good note I am glad to hear that they figured out what is going on with the wound and hope you make a quick recovery.

Hope that gets worked out soon. Have they xrayed it to see if there is and spine fragments in the wound? If they have not that could be contributing to your infection.

MRSA? Damn, the news is getting worse and worse man, I'm really praying you heal fast. MRSA not something to take lightly. Keep us posted on how you're doing Brotha!
