and ive been doin 24hours for 5 days non stop top tanning..

using a white color of substrate so i can see the algae so clearly

Hello; White substrate + five days of 24 hours of light is gonna grow algae. You want something you cannot have with those parameters. Perhaps sorta like someone wanting a car that goes 200 mph and also gets 40+ mpg. Not very likely to happen.

I encourage algae to grow in my tanks. It is one of those things, if you can't beat it, join it.

Hello; If you what to subject the fish to constant light then making peace with algae may be the way to go.

lol.. i will see what i can do to combat the algae.. so far scrubing the glass and substrate every morning is the only way to go to control the algae.

Very fine sand, notice their is no algae growing on it. This tank has enough light to support a salt water reef.
