I am pretty damn sure that Chillicothe Ohio is the mecca of tards. In fact I'd love to place a paycheck on it. I'd place the IQ of Chillicothe as a whole of about 70--which is truly retarded. You wouldnt believe the number of meth lab/trailers, mullets, lack of dental care/hygeine, no insurace on my car idiots southern Appalachian Ohio breeds.
