Also for your frontosa, try frozen bloodworms, beefheart, mysis shrimp, frozen krill and Hikari sinking carnivrious pellets. I have my guys on all of these and the one frontosa is growing. Thank u for your help.

Yup...good idea to grow them out before placing them with the CK. With 4 Frontosas going into a 75g, I'd bump up the filtration. I don't have any experience with Fronts, but if they are anything similar to any other bulky Cichlids, they can be pretty messy? I'd go with a turn over rate of 10x, but then again, I always encourage over filtration.

I only have 2 frontosoas along with pictus catfish. I think a 5x turnover rate will be fine. I cant wait till they get big enough so I can put them in with the CK. Thats an awesome 125g.
