You're all quite comical with these excuses... The fact is, Sturgeon CAN live in tropical temperatures, mine is and other people have said it... You can post on here that they can't but me and some others are the ones that have living proof, and saying it will die in 6 months is simply a way of avoiding being wrong, ill come back next month, and the months after, let's see what excuses you can think of by then.. Maybe my sturgeon has magic genes that allow it to live in warm water? The fact is that an animal like fish especially will show signs if something is wrong, and my sturgeon is thriving.

;)
the fact is sturgeon can live in tropical water, but not for long! if you can only keep it alive for a few years and it can live for over 100 years then that doesn't mean it can live in that environment! The "magic gene" that allow it to live in difficult condition is not likely to happen, because it's either very rare or it need to go through thousands of years of evolution.
Time will tell that your fish will die or not! Good luck but we pretty much now the out come would be.
BTW doesn't England get really cold most of the time?

the chance of that fish survive is already low and now it is even lower when you keep it with those fish!

really? you should know things better... i have a bumblee bee catfish thats 1.5" long and my 12" oscar doesnt even look at it, and the sturgeon is in some kind of danger now? hahahahaha.

The magic gene was a joke. funny thing is the sturgeon is going in the OUTDOOR pond within a year so dont say it will be dead in X years or whatever............... and yeah. it is cold.

I'd prefer this to be locked again, people are just coming up with pathetic things now and are being rather obnoxiousness. I'm starting to think I may as well as kill the sturgeon myself just to say "woo you're all right well done, give yourself a pat on the back!"

Even if it goes in your pond in one year, which I doubt, it will have suffered damage and have a reduced lifespan.

Your sturgeon gets no food. It already looks like skin and bones. Move it out of that tank asap! The Oscars eat its food away. Sturgeons can´t even compete with goldfish for food and Oscars are much worse. That fish will be dead in several weeks. Fish can live without food for months. You should know that...your sturgeon is a death candidate...what you do is simply evil. You send a healthy animal through hell. WHY do you do that?
