Great pics, looks like great eating to me! My Dad used to run a fishing boat out of San Francisco bay, they fished for sturgeon part of the year and salmon the other. Sturgeon are the best eating fish I have ever tasted!

well, it was a dream of mine to catch these babies too. it was worth it !!!!!

Moontanman, I have never eaten one of these fish. In canada they are protected fish.
